About
Jeannie Gudith is the President and CEO of JAG Consulting Services; a consulting group focused on the formation of K-12 private schools. Before founding JAG Consulting Services in 2018, Jeannie founded Oak Crest Academy, a K-12 private school for gifted and talented children. She was independently responsible for the school's multi-campus expansion in the southern California area, including a campus in Massachusetts. Jeannie was the sole leader in the growth and stability of the private school. She also headed the acquisition of both accreditation and SEVIS certifications for the school, which increased its credibility and scalability. She played a key role in the continued development of strategic relationships within the local community to advance the school, ensuring growth in response to an increasingly challenging and niche marketplace.
Prior to founding Jag Consulting and Oak Crest Academy, Jeannie was a co-founder of a local charter school as well as an independent study program within a large school district. She was responsible for setting up the framework for both programs. Jeannie's passion for education began when she resided in Tokyo, Japan for two years teaching English as a second language after college. She realized at that point that education was going to be her future career.
Jeannie is currently a doctoral student at Bradley University, earned a Master of Arts in Education degree, and a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business. She also holds a Certificate in School Management and Leadership (CSML) from Harvard Business School.
